Even a short visit to Brenham , Texas should always include a stop over at the Antique Rose Emporium. Yes, this area has experienced a very long drought period over the past months. Yet, in spite of this, there is beauty and nature to enjoy. Perhaps due to the weather conditions, they created a wonderful blending of flowers and natural wild flowers. Take a moment and watch and experience a moment of peace along a pleasant trail.

When I was young, we use to visit my Great-Aunt Maggie and Uncle Rollie almost every Sunday. Out back behind the house, there was a hedge row of these beautiful roses and every spring I would look forward to them blooming. I would gaze at their beauty and sniff their fragrant blooms.
