Speakers
We have pleasure in introducing our guest speakers Penny McKinlay and Maurice Wilson on Wednesday 6 October, 2010.  World Federation of Rose Societies' President Sheenah Harris will give a short presentation.


Garden Tour $550 (Registrations close 15 September)
The gardens of the four day garden tour have been revealed in the winter journal. Some of the gardens have been showcased in the Australian Garden Scheme.

One Day Ticket - $45 per person at Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens Auditorium, Brisbane. 7.45am to 1.00pm then to the Heritage Rose Garden at New Farm Park from 1.30pm to 3.00pm. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea all provided. Experience the Tastes of Queensland, afternoon tea will be provided by the Subtropical Fruit Club of SE Qld.  Non members may attend the one day ticket.

Gala Dinner - $95 per person at The Summit Restaurant, Mt Coot-tha. Guest violinist Tess McLennan will perform during the early evening. After dinner speaker, horticulturist Noel BurdetteNon members may attend the Gala Dinner.

Accommodation
Accommodation has been set aside at Toowong Villas, Toowong Inn and Suites, Toowong Central Apartments and Benson Court Motel.  The new Jephson Hotel which is under construction will be completed by July 2010.

It is proposed that our ‘Meet and Greet’ conference registration will be held at the new apartment hotel
